Noor Chicken Rice Shop, Plaza Lowyat KL
There's a whole level of eateries at the lower ground floor of the Plaza Lowyat, the definitive IT and tech mall in KL. One of the restaurants is Noor Chicken Rice, where me and Ash have our dinner one day.
